Work with me

Life coaching and personal direction

A thoughtful, unhurried space to think through decisions, transitions and priorities, and to find a next step that feels like yours.

Please read: what this is not

Coaching is not therapy and not a substitute for it. I'm not a licensed therapist, psychologist or medical professional. If you're struggling with your mental health, please speak to a qualified professional or your local health service, and if you are in crisis, contact your local emergency number.

Who it’s for

Adults who are facing a decision, a change or a question about direction and would like a steady, curious conversation partner. You might be weighing a career move, rethinking priorities, or simply noticing that something wants to change.

You don't need to know what you want. Working that out is often the point.

What we might discuss

  • A career or life decision you're circling
  • A transition: a new country, role, relationship to work or stage of life
  • What matters most to you right now, and what to do with that
  • Feeling stuck, restless or unclear about direction
  • Building simple habits of reflection that fit your life

How it works

  1. Tell me a little about where you are

When you book, you can add a short optional note. Share only what feels comfortable.

  2. We have a conversation

We meet one-to-one on Zoom. I listen, ask questions, reflect back what I hear and sometimes share perspective from my own experience. I won't tell you what to do.

  3. You choose what happens next

You leave with your own next step, or at least a clearer question. Book again if it helps, or don't.

What’s included, and what isn’t

Included

  • A private one-to-one video conversation
  • Attentive listening, questions and honest reflection
  • Space to think without being pushed toward an answer

Not included

  • Therapy, counselling, diagnosis or treatment of any kind
  • Crisis or emergency support
  • Medical, psychiatric or legal advice
  • Promised outcomes or transformation

Relevant experience

I bring experience, not a clinical qualification: several big changes of my own (a move from mechanical engineering into software, and across countries and careers), years of meditation and self-inquiry, and real curiosity about how people make meaningful decisions.

Questions

Is this therapy?

No. It's a supportive, forward-looking conversation about decisions and direction. It isn't a treatment and doesn't replace professional mental-health care.

What if I need more support than coaching can give?

I'll say so honestly and help you think about where to look. If you're in crisis, please contact your local emergency services.

Can I bring something heavy?

You can bring what matters to you. If I think it would be better held by a therapist, I'll tell you.

Is our conversation private?

Yes. I won't share or publish what you tell me. Sessions aren't recorded.

How long is a session, and what does it cost?

These will be listed on the booking page before you book.
